One of Turkey's leading service providers, HOMER, is concluding a successful 20-year period under the name HOMER Auto Service and embarking on its next 10-year journey with technologically enhanced services under the name HOMER Smart Auto Services.

HOMER shared its strategies and goals for the next decade at the “HOMER Third 10-Year Vision Meeting” held on Saturday, June 29th, at the Kozyatağı Hilton Hotel, with all its service points in attendance.

Service Points, Tire Service Points, and Mobile Service Points from all over Turkey were invited to the meeting, where the opening speech was delivered by HOMER’s founder and General Manager, Haluk Yeşilbayraktar. He emphasized the company’s 20-year journey of significant achievements and highlighted its strategies for sustainable growth, digital transformation plans, and customer satisfaction-focused approaches.

Following this, a speech by Halit Bolkan, a renowned journalist in the automotive industry, on the transformation of after-sales services through technology was met with great interest.

The most enthusiastic and exciting part of the meeting was the transformation of HOMER Auto Service into HOMER Smart Auto Services and the introduction of its new corporate identity.

The new logo was designed to reflect the company’s innovative and dynamic nature, representing a significant change in its brand identity. The new campaign slogan, “Homer Handles It!” emphasizes the speed and reliability of the services offered to customers.

Additionally, the event featured the introduction of HOMER’s new application. This app provides innovative features, allowing customers to make emergency service requests, book appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs, track service progress, and benefit from various advantages. Other innovations brought by the new face include enhanced customer services, an expanded service network, and more efficient service processes.

HOMER Smart Auto Services aims to strengthen its position in the sector over the next decade while continuing to provide the best services to its customers, as it has for the past 20 years.
