In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), your personal data may be processed by Atılım Otomotiv A.Ş. (“ATLIM” or “HOMER” or “HOMER Line”) as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be processed by Homer in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the following purposes (“Purposes”): to carry out the necessary work to benefit you from the products and services offered by Homer and to manage related business processes.

The provision of the Homer products and services (“Products and Services”) listed below;

Organization of vehicle repairs by Homer
Organization of necessary assistance services for vehicles
Management of relationships with insurance companies in necessary situations for damage repair by Homer
Procurement of necessary spare parts for repairs
Execution of price quotation processes and collection of payments for the provision of Products and Services
Necessary work by business units to benefit relevant individuals from the Products and Services offered by Homer and management of related business processes
Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of Homer and relevant individuals in a business relationship with Homer
Compliance with official institution requests and provision of information to authorized organizations based on legislation
Ensuring compliance with storage obligations stipulated by legislation
Response to requests from relevant individuals in accordance with the legislation and execution of necessary processes
Storage of personal data for the duration of the general statute of limitations to serve as evidence in potential future disputes,
- Ensuring the security of Homer locations and/or services and franchises,
Tracking and management of customer requests and complaints
Conducting customer satisfaction activities
Tracking and management of legal affairs
Conducting audit/ethical activities
Carrying out necessary operational activities to ensure that Homer activities are conducted in accordance with Homer procedures and/or relevant legislation.

Your collected personal data may be processed with your explicit consent for the purposes of planning and executing the marketing processes of products and services belonging to Atılım Otomotiv A.Ş. and other companies with the same corporate structure, conducting profiling and analysis activities, customizing and promoting the products and services based on your preferences, usage habits, and needs, and sending commercial electronic communications such as advertisements, promotions, etc., to the contact information you shared with your consent.

Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reason
Your personal data will be processed based on the legal reason that processing personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract for you to benefit from Homer’s products and services:

Provision of products and services,
Execution of price quotation processes and collection of payments for the provision of products and services.

Based on the legal reason related to Homer’s legal obligations:

Fulfilling requests from official institutions and providing information to authorized organizations based on legislation,
Ensuring compliance with storage obligations stipulated by legislation,
Responding to requests from relevant individuals in accordance with the legislation and carrying out necessary processes,
Storing personal data for the duration of the general statute of limitations to serve as evidence in potential future disputes.

Based on the legal reason that processing data is necessary for Homer’s legitimate interests:

Necessary work by the business units to ensure that relevant individuals benefit from the products and services offered by Homer and the execution of related business processes,
Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of Homer and individuals in a business relationship with Homer,
Ensuring the security of Homer’s premises and/or facilities,
Tracking and managing customer requests and complaints,
Carrying out customer satisfaction activities,
Monitoring and conducting legal affairs,
Conducting auditing/ethical activities,
Executing necessary operational activities to ensure that Homer’s operations are carried out in accordance with Homer’s procedures and/or relevant legislation.

Your personal data will be collected with your explicit consent for the following purposes:

Planning and executing marketing processes, conducting profiling and analysis activities, customizing and promoting our products and services based on your preferences and usage habits, and sharing this data with our business partners and suppliers.
Collecting your communication information to send advertisements, promotions, etc., as commercial electronic communications, and sharing it with our suppliers.

Rights of the Relevant Person Listed in Article 11 of the Law
We inform you that as a relevant person, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
If your personal data has been processed, requesting information regarding it,
Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, both domestically and abroad,
If your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, requesting its correction and requesting notification of this correction to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data when the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and relevant legal provisions, and requesting notification of this process to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Objecting to a result arising against the individual by analyzing the processed data solely through automated systems,
Requesting compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your applications regarding the rights listed above by filling out the Data Subject Application Form available at www.homerservisler.com/tr/kurumsal/kisisel-verilerin-korunmasi or through other methods prescribed by the legislation to Homer customer services. Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of your request; however, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged from you according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
