The repair of electric vehicles requires special training, equipment, and environment.
HOMER is implementing the necessary structuring within its network to ensure that body, mechanical, and electrical-electronic repairs of electric vehicles are performed correctly according to manufacturers' guidelines and the technical specifications of the vehicles.
TRAINING FIRST
To establish the network that will perform electric vehicle repairs, training sessions have begun for Service Points selected by regions. These training programs are designed to develop a qualified workforce capable of performing fully equipped electric vehicle repairs, in collaboration with a certified and experienced teaching staff from international sources in Turkey.
In addition to training programs that started in January 2023 at the “Electric Vehicle Training and Repair Management Support Center” established in HOMER’s Headquarters, R&D activities are also being carried out rapidly.
EQUIPMENT AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Electric vehicles require special equipment and working environments. HOMER is acting centrally to provide the necessary environment and technical equipment and ensure standard conditions in all Service Points across Turkey that perform electric vehicle repairs.
HOMER offers corporate solutions with its extensive service network and centralized management for individual vehicle users, as well as vehicle importers and distributors across Turkey.
