According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), your personal data may be processed by Atılım Otomotiv A.Ş (“ATLIM” or “HOMER” or “HOMER Line”) as the data controller within the scope explained below.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The personal data you provide will be processed by Homer for the following purposes (“Purposes”) in accordance with the conditions for processing personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, in order to carry out the necessary activities to benefit you from the products and services offered by Homer and to execute the relevant business processes.

Providing the Homer products and services (“Products and Services”);

Organizing the repairs of vehicles by Homer
Organizing the necessary assistance services for vehicles
Managing relationships with insurance companies in necessary cases for damage repair by Homer
Providing necessary spare parts for repairs
Carrying out pricing processes for the presentation of Products and Services and collecting payments,
Conducting the necessary work by business units to benefit relevant persons from the Products and Services offered by Homer and executing the relevant business processes,
Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-security of Homer and relevant persons in a business relationship with Homer,
Meeting requests from official institutions and providing information to authorized bodies as required by legislation,
Ensuring compliance with storage obligations prescribed by legislation,
Responding to requests from relevant persons in accordance with the legislation and carrying out necessary processes,
Storing personal data for the general limitation period to serve as evidence in potential future disputes,
- Ensuring the security of Homer’s premises and/or services and franchises,
Tracking and managing customer requests and complaints,
Conducting customer satisfaction studies,
Monitoring and executing legal affairs,
Conducting audit/ethical activities,
Carrying out necessary operational activities to ensure that Homer’s activities are conducted in accordance with Homer’s procedures and/or relevant legislation.

The personal data collected may be processed with your explicit consent for the purposes of planning and executing the marketing processes of products and services belonging to Atılım Otomotiv A.Ş. and other companies affiliated with the same corporate structure, conducting profiling and analysis activities, customizing and promoting products and services based on your preferences, usage habits, and needs, and sending commercial electronic communications such as advertisements and promotions to the contact information you provided with your consent.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected within the scope of benefiting from Homer's products and services
Based on the legal reason that it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract:

Provision of Products and Services,
Carrying out pricing processes for the provision of Products and Services and collecting payments.

Based on the legal reason related to Homer’s legal obligation:

Meeting requests from official institutions and providing information to authorized bodies as required by legislation,
Ensuring compliance with storage obligations prescribed by legislation,
Responding to requests from relevant persons in accordance with the legislation and carrying out necessary processes,
Storing personal data for the general limitation period to serve as evidence in potential future disputes.

Based on the legal reason that it is necessary to process data for the legitimate interests of Homer:

Necessary work to benefit the relevant persons from the Products and Services offered by Homer is carried out by the business units and the relevant business processes are executed,
Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of Homer and the relevant persons in business relationships with Homer,
Ensuring the security of Homer facilities and/or premises,
Tracking and managing customer requests and complaints,
Conducting customer satisfaction activities,
Tracking and managing legal affairs,
Conducting auditing/ethical activities,
Carrying out necessary operational activities to ensure that Homer’s activities are conducted in accordance with Homer’s procedures and/or relevant legislation.

If you give your explicit consent, the personal data obtained will be:

Collected and shared with our business partners and suppliers for the purpose of planning and executing marketing processes, conducting profiling and analysis activities, and customizing and promoting our products and services based on your preferences and usage habits.
Collected and shared with our suppliers for the purpose of sending advertisements, promotions, and other commercial electronic communications to the contact information you provided.

Rights of the Relevant Person Listed in Article 11 of the Law
We inform you that as a relevant person, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are being used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether inside or outside the country,
To request the correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request that the operation carried out in this context be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data when the reasons necessitating processing have ceased to exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with the law and relevant legal provisions, and to request that the operations carried out in this context be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in the case of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your applications regarding the rights listed above by filling out the Data Subject Application Form, which you can access at www.homerservisler.com/tr/kurumsal/kisisel-verilerin-korunmasi, or by using other methods provided in the legislation to the Homer customer service. Your applications will be resolved free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of your request; however, if the process incurs an additional cost, you may be charged according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
